A native of Jefferson City MO, Tom attended the University of Missouri and began his business career with Hormel Foods, a journey that included stops in Kansas City, Boston, Minneapolis, and Cincinnati. Following a second career stop working with Learfield Sports, Tom returned to Missouri to join the Ehrhardt’s and open the Fairfield by Marriott in Warrensburg MO. Tom’s community involvement includes his church, Rotary International, Whiteman Air Force Base Community Council, the Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Warrensburg and Olathe Chambers of Commerce. He lives in Lee’s Summit MO with his wife Stacey and children Lucy, Calvin and Stella.
